General Purpose Shipping containers

Shipping containers come in many formats, however the original and most popular remains the general purpose standard container – incredibly strong and durable containers made out of marine grade steel (specially weathered steel that actually offers more protection as it weathers). These containers can come in 20, and 40 foot sizes, and in a range of colors and formats including high cube, side opening, open tops and flat racks.

High cuBe Shipping containers

Manufactured to the same specifications as the standard shipping container range, the high cube container is an extra foot taller, standing at 9ft 6in (2.9m). They’re available in both 20ft and 40ft lengths, and come with multiple lashing points for transportation purposes. At Bonner Mountain Containers, we’re dedicated to ensuring a product that protects the goods within it, which is why all of our high cube containers are wind and water tight, and come with optional lock box security options.

Flat Rack Shipping containers

Flat rack containers are heavy duty shipping containers with collapsible walls. They are designed for heavy or over-sized goods that can't fit into an ordinary shipping container. The design of the "flat rack" allows those over-sized items to still be transported from truck to ship or rail easily and quickly. Tall, heavy, cumbersome, awkward or wide goods like heavy machinery, cables, steel coils, construction materials, long lengths of timber, and industrial parts are all regularly transported via flat rack containers.

Double Door Shipping Containers

Tunnel or "double door" container storage containers come with doors on both ends of the container. They are very useful when quick loading and unloading of materials is required. Similar to our side opening containers, this style is particularly suitable for businesses who wish to store their stock for longer periods of time. The double end access makes it easy to manage and maintain stock levels, and eliminates issues of accessing items towards the back of the container. The tunnel container can also act as a tunnel or walkway through which to direct customer foot traffic, which can be perfect for outdoor events.
